Bookstore Spotlight:
Carpe Librum
Used Bookstore in Upstairs Level
of DC's Iconic Union Station
For all of my local Washington, D.C. friends and those who find themselves traveling though Union Station, be sure to check out the used bookstore Carpe Librum on the upstairs level.
All of the profits go to Turning the Page, an education-based nonprofit. Carpe Librum has thousands of gently used books, CDs, and DVDs priced $1 - $5!
If you're looking for a book for your next train ride, or find yourself on the hunt for some affordable books, Carpe Librum is a great place to go.
They're open Mon-Sat. from 10 am - 9 pm ET and Sun: 12 pm - 6 pm. Find out more about Carpe Librum and the great work they're doing to help communities here.
